When friends and family walk in the first think they say is “Is that new?” Much to her husbands dismay, Stacey is constantly adding pieces, moving accessories around and on the look out for ways to upgrade their home, which has been featured in GoodLIfe Magazine and was one of the stops on the Homes for the Holidays Christmas Home tour in 2010.
After living in the home for 12 years, it was time for some renovations! Custom solid wood shaker cabinets in a soft ivory with a nine foot island stained in an espresso finish added to the traditional feel of their home. Every cabinet was designed with her family’s needs in mind; a large pantry, pullout spice and storage racks, pot drawers galore, a garbage and recycle centre provide all the storage they could fit into the space. The large island is the family gathering area, providing a buffet space, homework stations and home office when required.
It was then time for the master bathroom renovation, here Stacey got the glamorous bathroom she had always dreamed of. Statuario marble flooring and shower with spectacular marble mosaics are the true meaning of luxury. Custom vanity designed by Stacey Romano Interiors, painted in a soft crème with crystal pulls and a matching linen tower provide storage for all toiletries and towels. The best part is the standalone bathtub with the most luxurious faucet, overlooking the back yard.
What’s next you ask….well, the kids need a new bathroom and the basement needs renovating again. Oh dear, here we go again!
